					JUNJI ORIENTAL FUSION OFFFNSES AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION

All employees are to read and understand these company rules and the corresponding disciplinary actions
whenever an offense is done. These rules will be implemented fairly to all employees regardless of position
and length of service.

The primary purpose of having these set of rules is to set an atmosphere of professionalism, good working
habits, impartiality and harmony amongst employees.

These rules will be modified as necessary with proper consultation with employees and management.

All words pertaining to the male gender will refer to both male and female employees. All offenses should
be documented and processed within seven (7) days of commission of offense. Employees who will conspire
with a fellow employee will be punished as well.

All suspensions will be without pay and all referral to days in these rules will mean working days.

All proceedings, memos and correspondences with regards to violations and punishments should be
properly documented, recorded and properly filed.

This count of offenses will be refreshed every 1st of January. This means that if in a span of one year and
you commit 30 offenses of tardiness, you will be terminated from work.
