JUNJI ORIENTAL FUSION OFFFNSES AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION All employees are to read and understand these company rules and the corresponding disciplinary actions whenever an offense is done. These rules will be implemented fairly to all employees regardless of position and length of service. The primary purpose of having these set of rules is to set an atmosphere of professionalism, good working habits, impartiality and harmony amongst employees. These rules will be modified as necessary with proper consultation with employees and management. All words pertaining to the male gender will refer to both male and female employees. All offenses should be documented and processed within seven (7) days of commission of offense. Employees who will conspire with a fellow employee will be punished as well. All suspensions will be without pay and all referral to days in these rules will mean working days. All proceedings, memos and correspondences with regards to violations and punishments should be properly documented, recorded and properly filed. This means that if in a span of one year and you commit 30 offenses of tardiness, you will be terminated from work. Disrespectful, discourteous, Indecent acts and language towards co- D employees, guests and management. Insubordination or failure to follow supervisor's or management's instructions B Failure to abide by policies set in the company employee handbook A Submission of false or fake documents or information D Tampering or dishonesty with regards to use of official company forms and D documents Intentional damage to company properties, property of guests and co- D employees Reporting to work in unsuitable, untidy conditions A Sleeping while on duty. A Loitering or abandonment of assigned area A Neglect of duty as per your job description B Commission of crimes and acts as prohibited by law D Stealing or unauthorized possession of property owned by guests and co- D employees Unauthorized transactions with guests D Dining and/or seating with guests while on duty. C Divulging internal procedures, policies, confidential company information to D non-employees or any other unauthorized person Lying, making untrue statements about guests or co-employees D Taking out of company properties and food items without a proper gate pass. C Allowing unauthorized persons into the commissary or store.
