6.2 If we disqualify an Entry or otherwise refuse to
accept a Play Slip we will return or credit the

7. MATTERS AFFECTING
   THE OPERATION OF ‘‘LOTTO’’
We reserve the right to discontinue any Game at
any time but will honour any valid Entries already
received prior to the date on which such

8. DISPUTES
If a Customer wishes to make a complaint
regarding any of the Games the Customer should
submit their complaint as soon as is reasonably
practicable. In the first instance, all claims/disputes
should be raised with the TFP Customer Services
Department using the contact details set out at the
end of these Rules. If there is a dispute arising from
these Rules, or otherwise in connection with the
Games which the Customer Service team cannot
resolve, it should be referred, prior to taking any
other steps, for adjudication by the Independent
Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

9. RULE CHANGES

Any amendment to these Rules will be notified online
at the Website and in the dividend advert as
displayed in such national newspaper as TFP may
select. A Customer's continued participation in the
Games following such notification shall be deemed
to constitute their acceptance of the amended Rules.
