www.vicnet.net.au/~bctl WELCOME…
Welcome to the final newsletter for 2010. I feel as though silly season is hurtling
COMMITTEE MEMBERS towards us, and the diary is filling up. Oh, you too?
President
Between the barbeques, breakups and bargains, please schedule a visit to return your
Loretta Kingston-Brown 0423 196 905 toys (by 4 December) and a couple of hours during stocktake (see more below).
Secretary Apologies to those who missed out on last month’s newsletter (and may not have
Amanda Turnbull 5444 4052 caught up on the dates). In future I will make sure more copies are printed. This issue
is mailed because it contains important information about early December.

Some members have asked why the newsletter can’t be emailed. Unfortunately it’s
Nicole West 5443 2228 rather complicated to do on our system. However, the newsletter is on the website.
Roster/Membership Best wishes to all for a happy and safe Christmas season. See you in February!

Well, it is that crazy time of year again. I think I speak for most of the committee when
Toy Maintenance I say that we are looking forward to a well-earned break from Toy Library duty and a
Felicity Harrop 5442 3629 chance to re-energise in preparation for a great year ahead.

Publicity
It has been busy as usual at the Toy Library. Our Family Fun Day was very successful,
despite the inclement weather, and we enjoyed the company of many new and
vacant
current members. I think this event is a great way to promote the toy library and
welcome new families in an open and friendly manner.
