                                                      The purpose of the pre-issuance review is for the reviewer to review the working paper
                                                      file to determine if it adequately records the work done and supports the conclusions
                                                      reached. It is distinctly different to a “peer review”. A peer review is a more detailed, less
                                                      formal review that may or may not be carried out prior to the formal engagement quality
                                                      control review as part of an audit firm’s internal quality control procedures.

                                                      Altimax has engaged in a large number of both PFMA and MFMA pre-issuance reviews
                                                      during the past three years and we have gained extensive experience in this regard.
                                                      With the recent increase in the capacity of our Technical Unit, we aim to grow this part of
                                                      our business even further in the coming months. Our pre-issuance reviews are headed up
