Liquid Glucosamine for dogs is great for treating arthritis and other joint pain your
dog may be suffering. My dog Bruce used to suffer from these things and he really
had trouble chasing our other dog Buster like he used to do. As he was a Jack Russell
Terrier he was used to be very active once, and it was a little sad to see him not being
able to do the things he wanted to do. He wasn't that old, only 7 years old so we were
curious about what we could do for him. We wanted our old Bruce back as we loved
him so much, we went to the Vet to see what action we could take to get him healthy
again. With up to about 30% of dogs suffering from arthritis means that there are a
few treatments available to ease their suffering.

We tried a couple of things to begin with. Bruce started on a NSAID first, and when
he didn't appear to be getting any better while he was on that, we tried Rimadyl.
While he didn't suffer any of the side effects that these drugs can have, he just didn't
seem to benefit from them at all. And with the possible side effects like death with
Rimadyl and vomiting and other things with other NSAIDs.

Then one day I tried liquid glucosamine for dogs and after about 2 weeks I noticed
that Bruce was getting about a lot better than before. This was great news for us and
Bruce as dogs don't know they're being given a supplement to help them get better. As
he was running around and jumping more and more we knew he was getting relief
from his pain.

I'd been using a liquid glucosamine product myself with great results, but I wasn't sure
if it would work for a dog as well as it did in people. I learnt that these products work
great for a number of animals, but they were really good for dogs. Also using liquid
glucosamine for dogs was the best way as it was easier for your dog to digest with
their food.

If you have ever tried giving your dog a pill, you know how difficult a task this can be.
Also they may just chew it in their teeth and not swallow it. I've had this problem
before, and it's quite frustrating when they don't swallow it. Most forms of liquid
glucosamine for dogs are also made with a nice flavor that your dog will like. So they
may think of it as a treat of some kind.

We also increased the dose for the first couple of weeks, so that a quicker healing
process could be started. It is quite okay to do this and your dog will benefit greatly
from this. Research has shown that glucosamine in the right form will ease your dogs
joint pain in about 2 weeks. I found this to be the case with Bruce too. Sometimes if
you dog has really severe problems it may take longer than the 2 weeks, so don't
despair if the results don't come as quickly as you would like.

If you would like to see your dog pain free, like my dog is now, perhaps you need to
take a look at glucosamine for dogs. It just may help your dog the way it helped mine
without the side effects of harmful drugs.
