                                                                                                                                                                                                       Elizabeth to East London and Scottburgh to Brighton.

                                                                                                                                                                                                       So, even if you are a seasoned runner or a cyclist, a
                                                                                                                                                                                                       mountain biker or even a swimmer, can you honestly
                                                                                                                                                                                                       say you’ve tried paddling and not fallen in love with
                                                                                                                                                                                                       it? If you can’t, what are you waiting for?
