8 PolicyNodeImpl source copyright notices

Description

PolicyNodeImpl is the Java class that Oracle presented in Exhibit J to its amended patent and copyright infringement complaint against Google. This file shows that the original source file was originally licensed by Sun under a proprietary license and later under the GPL, but never under a license that would allowed Google to relicense it under Apache.
