The purchase of specialized equipment is eligible solely in
respect of equipment required to carry out the project that
cannot be rented or whose purchase price is lower than the
rental price. Supporting documents must be submitted.

• Expenses related to fundraising, financing and market
     development campaigns;
• Expenses stemming from the implementation of an
     organization’s infrastructure (office rental, installation of a
     telephone, and so on);
• Purchases of specialized equipment, except for equipment
     that is necessary for the project and that cannot be reused;
• Capital costs and renovation and construction costs;
• The cost of basic training;

                                                                         • Projects related to television series and video-clips.
