    Notes to read before returning the enquiry form
    This is not a full application for grant aid, it is only the start. If you carry out work before the house is inspected you
    may lose your entitlement to grant, and you will not be paid for the work done.
    The allocation of grant aid is not automatic. It is subject to the condition of the property, your personal circumstances
    and the Council’s policy.
    When your enquiry is dealt with it will be subject to the Council policy in force at the time of the inspection. If you
    do not qualify for grant aid the Council will not retain your details on the chance that your circumstances or the policy
    will change in the future.
    When your property is inspected an assessment will be made to determine what works are needed.
    If this enquiry is not acknowledged within 14 days it is possible that it has not been received. You should contact the
    address given below for confirmation.
