  This is an entry level position for a recent college graduate or an individual

  The right individual will have outstanding communication skills and be
  proficient in Microsoft Office, Exchange Server, basic web programming,
  Constant Contact and Google business tools. You will be responsible
  for maintaining our client database, company websites, as well as managing

  Investment Administrative Manager
This challenging position can be the perfect career step for an individual that has
had experience in the investment industry.
We are looking for a college graduate with strong technical skills to support our
company operations. Experience in investment sales support and daily operations

Individual will be responsible for processing investment transactions and
paperwork, performing meeting preparations and investment research, research and
resolve all customer and processing inquiries, maintaining client database,

  Loan Officer / Account Executive
  Money Source Financial Services is a Washtenaw County based financial
  services company started in 1994. We have always supported high end client
  needs and because of this we have avoided the subprime market and survived
  the changes of the last two years to become stronger and more vibrant than
  ever.
  We have successfully adapted to the new regulatory and competitive
  environment and we are ready to absorb two new loan officers into our team.
  You may have found that your current employer is limiting your potential to
  retain your established customers by limiting your product mix and your ability
  to set pricing. We are focused on giving our sales group the most
  comprehensive product mix (though we have never and will never offer sub-
  prime products) that extend your ability to serve your customers. From FHA
  loans to investment REITs your clients will rely on you for more of their
  financial needs.
    This position allows individuals with experience in either the mortgage or the
    investment industry to begin to serve clients with the most in demand financial
    products available today and derive significant income.

    An Account Executive combines personal skills with all the resources of
    Money Source Financial Services and our broker dealer Berthel Fisher
    Company to help them build personal and business client
    relationships. Account Executives are responsible for assessing a client's
    financial circumstances and objectives, and based on those, go on to provide
    individualized, highly strategic investment and mortgage consulting. Account
    Executives have access to a full range of wealth building, including mutual
    funds, stocks, bonds, IRAs, insurance, estate planning and many other services
    that they will offer to their client base and the investing public. Equally
    important, Account Executives will provide their clients with state of the art
    mortgage lending and commercial lending products.

    Responsibilities:
   Develop and cultivate your own client base.
   Analyze investment opportunities and client needs, and recommend
    appropriate strategies.
   Build client relationships based upon developing strategies to their financial
    goals through the use of financial planning and wealth management.
   Market and sell appropriate investment products, financial and wealth
    management services/products to clients.
   Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business
    development purposes.
   Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
   Ability to create a sales and marketing strategy for new client relationships.

    Minimum Qualifications:
   Track record of successful work experience for a period of three to five years.
   Ability to acquire Series 7 and 66 registration, and additional licensing needed
    to assist in building a career as a Financial Advisor.
   Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.
   Excellent written and oral communication skills.
   A bachelor's degree is preferred with five years of business experience and
    proven success in a previous career.
