Instructions:   Contains abbreviated instructions for using the Trend Data PSO Table.
                Full instructions are available in the separate Instructions document
                available at the web address given on the front of this document.
Data Entry:     This display tool requires the following data entry: (a) state or territory
                name, (b) state's Baseline data of the percent of youth who had IEPs,
                are no longer in secondary school and who have been competitively
                employed, enrolled in some type of postsecondary school, or both,
                within one year of leaving high school ; (c) Measurable and Rigorous
                Targets from the FFY 2006 SPP submitted 2/1/08, and (d) Actual
                Target Data (achieved percent) from the current year's data collection
                efforts.
                If revisions are made in the SPP to the Baseline or Measurable and
                Rigorous Targets, be sure to make the changes in susequent years'
                version of this file. These changes should be noted and described in the
                narrative that you submit with this table in the SPP/APR.
Trend Data      Automatically creates a display of Baseline, Measurable & Rigorous
Display:        Targets, and Actual Target Data (Achieved) percentages of the current
                reporting cycle based upon your entries to the Data Entry Worksheet. To
                include this graph in your report you can copy and paste it into a
                Microsoft Office document or print it directly from this file.

     Enter the name of the state or territory you are reporting: Your State

Enter the state's Baseline percent of youth employed, enrolled in postsecondary
school, or both in cell D12. Enter the Measurable & Rigorous Targets from the SPP
in cells C13 - C16. Yearly enter the percent of Actual Target Data that was achieved
as determined from the year's data collection in cells D13 - 16. The Trend Data Display
updates automatically as each year's data are added.
