Koenigsegg Automotive has created a Supercar model for the entire car world to
emulate. It is a Supercar that packs a serious punch and is friendly to the environment.
The engineering and production of our very first Supercar on Superherocars.com
comes from Sweden. Christian von Koenigsegg, creator of Koenigsegg Automotive,
has created the first GREEN Supercar.
The CCXR is on a whole new level of performance. It has a highly customized engine
that can run on E85 ethanol and E 100biofuel. It also can run on 98 octane petrol
(Europe). The CCRX supercar delivers a strong 806 bhp on normal octane, and the
horsepower jumps to 1018 bhp with the use of E85 biofuel. Here are some
performance and Aerodynamic specifications for our Green Supercar. This Supercar
has paved the way for many to follow, especially since the hybrid is become more and
more, a part of our lives as we try to be more earth friendly.

Koenigsegg is a low-volume manufacturer with an in-house engine team, and they
work in their own production facilities. The engines are built specifically to suit the
car that it is for. Having these components together, has allowed Koenigsegg
automotive to produce a Green Supercar that does over 250mph/400km and can use
E85 Biofuel. This is the outcome of Beauty and the Beast. A beautiful monster.
Brilliant Engineering by Koenigsegg Automotive
The CCXR is the outcome of hard work and dedication, gluing together 300+ hand
formed carbon fiber parts. The Koenigsegg CCXR comes from a breed of record
breakers. The CCR held the Guinness Record as world's fastest production car, and
the CCX holds the speed records for some of the world's toughest circuits, for
example Nurburgring, and Nardo.
At the Superherocars Head-quarters I keep all my information for my Supercars list.
So you can bet that I'll be back with more Supercars ready for more Super action. We
Salute Koenigsegg for producing a Supercar that is Earth friendly, in a class where
emissions is not the main focus, that's Super.
