					This is a document that a seller uses to disclose the condition of real property. The
seller warrants that the information is true to the best of their knowledge and provides
disclosure about the age of the dwelling, square feet, age of the roof, age of the
windows, age of the furnace, and whether the water heater is owned or rented. In
addition, the seller provides information about appliances that are included with the
property. This document can be used by individuals or entities that want to disclose the
condition of property they are trying to sell.
