					This release is executed by a creditor whereby the creditor, or the releasor, releases the
releasee and his or her heirs, executors, successors and assigns, from obligations
contained in a certain agreement. As drafted, the document contemplates that a debt is
being discharged and the creditor is releasing the debtor from any claims and
obligations once the debt is repaid. This form contains both standard clauses and
opportunities for the use of optional terms and conditions making it fully customizable to
fit the needs of the contracting parties.

respect of this Release, has either obtained such advice or waived the right to obtain such advice,
understands all rights and obligations arising pursuant to this Release and is signing this Release
voluntarily.

     If any covenant or provision herein is deemed to be void or unenforceable in whole or in
part, it shall not be deemed to affect or impair the validity of any other covenant or provision
herein set forth and the covenants herein set forth are declared to be separate and distinct
covenants.
