This document provides notice to tenant(s) that the landlord or property owner is demanding that the tenant vacate the property due to non-payment of rent. This notice also provides the tenant(s) with the option of remaining on the property if full payment is made within a certain amount of days. This notice contains language commonly used in this type of notice; however, additional language may be added by the landlord to customize the notice to any particular situation. This document may be used by a landlord or property owner, in an effort to be paid outstanding rent or as part of the process of having a non-paying tenant move out voluntarily or be evicted.
