             PIN 4-0021-17-017 Request is for zero setback in sideyard.
             Planning Commission recommends approval contingent on
             having the proper drawing to present to council.

             Minor Subdivision of Land- Zoning Variance-Zone R-1, 24 Pulaski St.
             petitioner Amber Skaggs, PIN 4-0001-09-006, Request to subdivide
             property to create two non conforming lots-Planning Commission
             recommends approval of Minor Subdivision and variances

         Zoning Variance-Section 3-090 Schedule of Development regulations-
         zone R-2, 1605 Chatham Ave Lot 8, petitioner Jack Hogan, Pin 4-
         0010-04-012, request for 5 foot variances into Front and Side yard
         setbacks. Planning Commission recommends approval.
