Program Manager (2001 – Present)

  Seven (7) years of program and project management with over 40 employees reporting
  to me along with an active (since 1979) DOD Secret security clearance.
  Program Manager for new business development for Engineering, Integrated Logistic
  Support (ILS), and Maintenance/Modernization functional areas within AMSEC.
  Program Manager responsible for all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Aircraft

  Personally grew OEM business sector from infancy to over a $1.5 million/year
  operation with current backlog of $11.4 million worth of new quotes submitted to
  prospective/current customers.
  Provide OEM customer support for all areas related to ILS.
  Provide program management for widely varied technical documentation development
  specifications and requirements including Technical Manual Contract Requirements
  (TMCRs), Technical Manual Preparation Guide (TMPG), ship specifications, military and

  Track technical publication milestones and associated budgets, adhering to production
  and delivery schedules, exercising quality and cost control for all technical
  documentation intended for internal and external customers, analyzing manning/skill
  needs, and interviewing potential new hires.
  Developed and implemented marketing brochures, estimating templates and process,
  and corporate marketing presentations.
  Developed and maintained the ISO 9000/2001 infrastructure for Quality Control of
  technical documentation including obtaining and tracking customer feedback and trend
  analysis using an internal quality autopsy report for all products.
  Planned and implemented (as part of a computer network team) the migration of 300
  plus users to a newly created secure NOFORN-Certified network.
