Ken Cole is a nationally recognized expert in executive search, senior executive job hunting strategy and
freelance executive search research. He has been a retainer search consultant since 1979, conducting
searches in sales, marketing, finance, general management, and primary staff positions — sales
representative to CEO and key positions in-between. Recent successful retained executive searches —
Satellite entertainment, Internet and E-commerce, telecommunications, consumer electronics, consulting,
personal care products, foods, and BPO/business process outsourcing. Cole earned his MBA from The
University of Chicago’s Executive Program (50 th Group, 1981-83), where he serves as a volunteer alumni
