ADDITION OF HONORS DESIGNATION TO COURSE ON TRANSCRIPT
To LAVC Faculty: TAP-Option contracts are available for TAP/Honors admitted students only . Courses
must be UC transferable and minimum of 3 units.
To TAP Student: Please complete page one of the TAP-Option Contract with your instructor and return to
TAP Counselor by the end of the fifth week of the semester (by the end of the second week of winter or
summer intersessions). Keep page two until course is completed and instructor gives you a final grade.

*Note: Students completing a TAP contract of six courses are allowed up to two TAP-Option courses; students
completing four or five TAP courses are allowed only one TAP-Option course. Students exceeding required
