The deposit must be paid within 14 days of this signed contract. Make all checks payable to Alston Thompson.
The remaining balance should be paid to Alston Thompson at the time of the event.
By signing below, it is agreed that:
    1) If the contract is cancelled by the host for any reason, Jukebox DJs is entitled to and will retain the full deposit.
    2) If the contract is cancelled by the host within sixty (60) days of the event and Jukebox DJs are unable to rebook the
        date with another host, full payment of the remaining balance agreed upon will be due to Jukebox DJs within ten
        (10) days of the cancellation date.
    3) If the contract is cancelled for any reason by Jukebox DJs, the full deposit should be refunded to the host within ten
        (10) days of the cancellation date.
    4) If Jukebox DJs cannot perform for any unforeseen reason such as sickness, accident, natural disaster or any other
        reason beyond the control of Jukebox DJs, Jukebox DJs will find a suitable substitute if at all possible, but not
        guaranteed.
    5) Jukebox DJs will only play what is in its current inventory at the time of the event.
