                                Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds
ADMISSION:               $5.00 - Early Bird Admission from 8:30am to 9:30am
                         $2.00 - General Admission beginning at 9:30am to 1:30pm

TABLE/CHAIR COST:        EVMOMC Members - $20.00 for first table, $15 for each subsequent table
                         Non-Members - $30.00 for first table, $25 for each subsequent table
                         Chairs $1/each – **Please note – renters may opt to bring in their own
                         chair(s) as long as they remain within the confines of their rented space(s).
TABLE SPACE:             Each seller will have one 6’ rectangular cafeteria table and may bring ONE
                         clothing rack per table. If desired, a seller may opt to use ONE additional clothing
                         rack in place of the one 6’ table by indicating this option on the contract. Please
                         be considerate of fellow sellers and rent additional tables if the space is needed
                         prior to the day of the sale. Spots will be taped off and renters MUST STAY
                         WITHIN THEIR PURCHASED ALLOTED SPACE. This policy will be strictly
                         enforced.
LARGE ITEM(S) AREA:      We will provide an area specifically for large items such as strollers and
                         miscellaneous baby gear items. The charge for the area will be an additional $6
                         and will only be available to table renters. For this fee, each seller will be able to
                         sell up to 4 large items (but may pay another $6 for another additional 4 items).
                         Please indicate on the contract the item(s) that will be sold in the area. Spots may
                         be available the day of the sale for a fee. This area will be watched by club
                         volunteers but using the area is done so at your own risk. EVMOMC will not be
                         responsible for any lost items.

SET UP:                  Sellers may drop off and store or setup as time allows on Friday, September 17th
                         from 1:30pm to 7:30pm at your own risk. EVMOMC will not be responsible for
                         any lost items. A Member’s Only Sale will again be held that same evening on
                         Friday, September 17th from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Additional details to follow for
                         members. Non-members are welcome to open their table(s) during that hour if
                         desired.
DEADLINE:                Reservations must be received with payment to confirm rental(s). Tables will be
                         filled in the order they are received. Contracts will be accepted until tables are
                         sold out and a waiting list will be started. Upon receipt of contract and
                         payment, a confirmation will be sent out via email or telephone.
CANCELLATION:            Table reservations must be cancelled by September 4th to receive a refund. After
                         that date, no fees will be refunded.
CLEANING FEES:           Each seller will be responsible for his or her own clean up. If not adequate, seller
                         will be billed $15 to cover the excess cleaning fees incurred by EVMOMC. Failure
                         to remit will affect future table rentals.
