                         RULE SHEET
 VITAL RULES

1. Ex-students, Employed students are not eligible to participate in these
   competitions.

2. The Competitions are open to the benefited students of the concerned
   college.

3. The students shall not play on behalf of more than one college in the
   competitions.

4. All students participating in these competitions should carry with them their
   college Identity Card and produce the same before the commencement of the
   game or on demand.

5. The team or participants should report at least 15 minutes before the
   commencement of the games.

6. M.D. College is not responsible for any injury to the participants, but “First
   Aid” will be rendered to them.

7. Organization Committee‟s decision will be „Final‟.

8. The Organization Committee has the right to expel any player if he/she
   misbehaves during the competitions.

9. The Tournament Committee reserves the rights to change the programme.

10.Any protest/ objection regarding the games should be in writing within 30
   minutes after the conclusion of the game. The same will be forwarded to the
   Technical Committee of the game.

 Open Cricket T/20:-

1. Maximum 16 teams will be allowed to participate. (Reporting Time-
   7.30am.)
2. 15 minutes before starting of the game the captain should report to
   registration counter.
3. 11 players in a team + 2 substitution players.
4. Knockout rounds.
5. Match should be completed within 40 minutes.
6. 4 over‟s per match. (Bowlers allocation- 2, 1, 1).
7. All over will consist of 5 balls.
8. Out of 4 over’s 1 over will be POWERPLAY OVER it will be decided
   by Bowling side.
9. Free Hit if no ball (Only in case of Over Stepping).
10. In free hit only run out & ball will be counted.
11.All games will be played with Hard Tennis Ball.
12.Personal Bats.
13.Umpires decision will be FINAL.
14. In case of tie, than maximum wicket taken team and than the toss factor
   will be considered.
15. I.D. card is compulsory.
16. Proper Dress code.
17. In big Disputes team will be disqualified.
18. In power play over runs will be double.
19. A new ball in a match.
20. In power play over if wicket falls than 2 runs will be deducted from the
   score.
21. Wicket keepers are allowed to bowl.

 Box Cricket (only boys):-
1. Maximum 32 teams will be allowed to participate. (Reporting Time-
   7.30am).

2. 15 Minutes before starting of the game the captain should report to register
   counter.

3. 6 players in a team + 2 substitution players.
4. Knockout rounds.

5. Match should be completed within 30 minutes.
6. 4 over per match each over consist of 5 balls. (Bowlers allocation- 2- 1-1).

7. Full toss hit outside boundary will be considered as out.

8. Full toss hit on boundary will be considered as out.
9. Full toss above the knee height is considered no ball.
10.Bounce over the waist height will regard as NO BALL.

11.Spin is not allowed.

12.While bowling hand beyond the leg will be considered as No BALL.
13.2 players will compulsorily to field in front of NO ball line.

14.All games will be played with Soft Tennis Ball.

15.Personal Bats.
16.Umpires decision will be FINAL.

17.In case of tie, than maximum wicket taken team and than the toss factor
   will be considered.
18.I.D. card is compulsory.
19.In big Disputes team will be disqualified.

 Mix Box Cricket:-

    compulsory in a playing team.

7. 1 over should be bowled by a girl.
8. Full toss hit outside boundary will be considered as out.
9. Full toss hit on boundary will be considered as out.

10. Full toss above the knee height is considered no ball.

11. Bounce over the waist height will regard as NO BALL.
12. Spin is not allowed.

13. While bowling hand beyond the leg will be considered as No BALL.

14. 2 players will compulsorily to field in front of NO ball line.

 4. Match should be completed within 15 minutes.

 5. 1 Over match (6 Balls)
 6. No Fielding Restriction

 7. Only 3 players in a team
 8. Full toss hit outside boundary will be considered as out.

 9. Full toss hit on boundary will be considered as out.

 10.Full toss above the knee height is considered no ball.

 11.Bounce over the waist height will regard as NO BALL.

 12.Spin is not allowed.

 13.While bowling hand beyond the leg will be considered as No BALL

 Rink Football:-
1. 16 teams on first come first served basis.
2. 4 players in a team + 2 substitution players.
3. No off side.
4. 2 half of 7 minutes each with a 5 minutes breaks.
5. Referee„s decision will be final.
6. In case of dispute Referee‟s decision will be final.
7. Proper Dress code i.e. T-shirt, shorts.
8. Studs are not compulsory.
9.   In case of Draw Golden Goal OR Penalty Shootout.


 Super Skills:-
1. Super skills consist of 5 games i.e. batting, bowling, fielding and football.
2. Participant: No limits.
3. No argument regarding decision & opposite participant.
4. Referee‟s decision will be final.
5. In case of dispute Referee‟s decision will be final.
6. The opposite participant is fixed for all challenges.
7. It would be eliminate round.


 Tug of War:-
1. 8 players in a team.
2. Best 2 of 3 pulls.
3. Team switch ends after each pull.
4. In case of swing of rope the team will be disqualified.
5. Referee‟s decision will be final.
6. No arguments will be entertained.

 Volley Ball :-
   1. IN volley ball there should be 8 players.
   2. In this game all player should wear decent sportswear.
   3. 2 teams per college.
   4. In this game 6 players should play in a court.
   5. Service and court will be decided on the toss.
   6. Service should be done from outside the court.
   7. The server can enter the court only after the ball enters the opposite court.
   8. While serving if the ball touched the net & cross the opposite side &
      there will be re-serve. (Maximum 1 re-serves).
   9. The game will be of 11 points in case of tie the will be difference of 2
      points.
 Chess:-
1. Tournament shall be conducted according to the rules as adopted from time
   to time by the Chess Federation of India, unless, otherwise there are
   modified.
2. No internet Rules are allowed.

 Carrom:-
1. The rules of the Maharashtra State Carrom Association shall apply. Unless,
   otherwise these rules are modified.

2. Power play board.

3. The Tournament will be played a Knock-out basis in following events.

              Men‟s Singles
              Men‟s Doubles
              A woman‟s double.

 Table Tennis:-
     Tournament shall be conducted according to the rules and regulation as
     prescribed and adopted from time to time by the Table Tennis Federation of
     India, unless, otherwise there rules are modified.

 Mehendi:-
1. Number of participants per term: 1.
2. Number of teams: Any number.
3. Registration – Before or on the spot of event.
4. Duration : 90 min
5. One hand Mehendi backside included.
6. Sparkles & any other artificial material are strictly prohibited.


 Rangoli:-
1. Number of participants per term: 2.
2. Number of teams: Any number.
3. Registration – Before or on the spot of event.
4. Material to be brought by participants.
5. Duration: 90 min.
6. Only Rangoli colors are to be used.
7. No other decorative material is allowed.


 Sudoku;-
1. PARTICIPANTS: unlimited.
2. Registration before or on the spot of event.
3.   Time limit: 20 min.

 Poster Competition:-
1. Students must carry their own materials, college will provide poster paper.
2. Duration: 90 min.

3. Them – Wake Up India.

4. Participate cannot carry any photocopy related to given subject.

5. Number of participants per term: 1.

6. Number of teams: Any number.

7. Registration – Before or on the spot of event.
8.

 Hair Style:-
1. Number of participants per term: 2.

2. Number of teams: Any number.

3. Registration – Before or on the spot of event.

4. Students must carry their own materials.

5. Duration: 60 min.



 Documentary Screening:-
1. Maximum time 15 mins only.

2. Only 5 members are allowed during the time of screening in our auditorium.

3.   The screening of all the documentaries will be done on 17 th December 2010.
     The winner will be announced on 18th December

1. Maximum 12 members per group and minimum 6 per group.
2. Bring your own belongings.
3. College will not provide anything.
4. College is not responsible for loss of any of your belongings.
5. Maximum 6-7 minutes per group.
6. Judgment will be made on the basis of your performance, theme, dress, co-
   ordination, body language and style.
7. Judges decision will be considered final.
8. CD should be made in the audio format in 2 copies.


 Fashion show:-
1. Maximum 16 members and minimum 8 members per group
2. Bring your own belongings.
3. College will not provide anything.
4. College is not responsible for loss of any of your belongings.
5. Maximum 10 minutes per group.
6. Judgment will be made on the basis of your performance, theme, dress, co-
   ordination, body language and style.
7. Judges decision will be considered final.
8. CD should be made in the audio format.


 Singing:-
1. Instrument will be provided by college.
2. Judgment will be made on the basis of your performance, theme, co-
   ordination, body language and style.
3. Judges decision will be considered final.
