                                           Call for Resumes

ORGANIZATIONAL LOCATION:

The Department of Information Technology Services (DOITS) under the Secretariat of Administration and
Finance provides the political bodies and the General Secretariat advisory services on Information Technology
matters. Advises on, develops, proposes, plans, and organizes IT policies, programs, and procedures for
consideration by the Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General, the secretaries, the department and
office directors, and other senior officials of the General Secretariat.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Oracle E-business suite techno-functional consultant will:

    1.   Understand user requirements/issues to provide production support of application.

    2.   Provide level 1 support to analyze, trouble shoot tickets assigned to DOITS on Oracle matters and
         route to DOITS support team accordingly.


    3.   Assist Systems Analysts with providing support on the Oracle Applications; respond to requests of ad
         hoc files, Discoverer Business Areas and workbooks.

    4.   Participate in troubleshooting Oracle Applications as needed and assisting Application Technical
         Leads (Systems Analysts) with in-house problem resolution.

    5.   Under the guidance of Systems Analysts, develop, test, implement and prepare technical
         documentation for new report requests, enhancements or extensions to existing reports, forms, and
         interface programs.


    6.   Working in conjunction with functional users/Module Managers gather user requirements and
         develop functional Requirements Specification documents.

    7.   Transform business requirements into understandable process workflow diagrams. Identify required
         programs and integration with external applications.

    8.   Participate with SQA in assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

   Two to five years of experience with the Oracle E-business suite applications with specialization in
    Financial Modules (AP,AR,GL,CM), Projects and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and
    Payroll with Release 11i.

   Working experience in providing production support and good knowledge of ticket based user Help Desk
    systems.

   Knowledge of functionality of the Oracle E-Business Suite modules and data structures.

   Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools, Discoverer or other similar.

   Experience in writing business process documentation, gathering and documenting user requirements.
    Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with both business teams and
    management.

   Experience in the development of user documentation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

   Oracle ERP Packages: E Business Suite 11i to include Financials &Procurement is a must. Knowledge of the
    Human Resources Management, Projects and Grants Accounting modules will be an advantage.
   Desktop Integrator
   Tools: Discoverer, basic SQL and PL/SQL programming
   Databases: Oracle
   Toad --SQL QUERIES

LANGUAGES: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
