Carillion is contracted to build two office/residential tower blocks in the Downtown Burj Khalifa
area. This Emaar project has secure financial backing and presents numerous opportunities
to UK suppliers of Construction equipment across the board.
This particular opportunity seeks interest from UK suppliers and service providers for
Screeding, Epoxy Coatings and Roofing & Waterproofing that have an established
presence/representation in Dubai and who wish to become part of the project.
Designed to bring urban living to Dubai with style and luxury, the Downtown Dubai
development surrounds the prestigious Burj Khalifa Tower and forms a key part of
New Dubai. As a concept of exclusivity and variety, there are projects on every scale
here, be it high-rise or low-rise, high price or low price.The Carillion twin towers, a
mid-range project in the Downtown Burj Khalifa area, has a completion date of early
2012.
The project schedule suggests the anticipated delivery date at site will be 1st
June 2011.
