WASHINGTON--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Promontory Financial Group, the premier global financial
services consulting firm, has named Erica Bovenzi as a Special Adviser.

Ms. Bovenzi joins Promontory following a distinguished 30-year career in government. Most recently, she served for
15 years as the Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She held the same position
at the Resolution Trust Corporation until the agency's sunset in 1995.

At Promontory, Ms. Bovenzi is part of a unique team of professionals that includes former senior financial services
regulators and executives. Promontory provides strategic advice and assistance to many of the world's premier
financial companies, with a particular focus on developing practical solutions to address regulatory, risk, controls,
compliance, governance, capital and liquidity issues.

While at the FDIC Ms. Bovenzi also served as counsel to the International Association of Deposit Insurers and as
the Vice Chair for the United States Attorney General's Alternative Dispute Resolution Council. Previously she held
various positions at the Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Commerce and the
Federal Labor Relations Authority.

Ms. Bovenzi received her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science from the

She is a member of the New York State Bar.
