 Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs /
   improvements
        Class Committee:
         The faculty and student representatives are encouraged to give suggestions on
         academic improvements during the Class Committee Meetings conducted at
         regular intervals in every semester.

        Student Guild of Service:
         Students in the wing of Student Guild of Service (SGS) are actively involving
         themselves in the academic affairs and improvements.

        Faculty Development Programs:
         Faculty members are permitted to attend Faculty Development Programs (FDP) to
          improve their skills in their interested field.
            Number of faculty members attended FDP during last 2 years: 175
        Conferences:
         Faculty members and students are encouraged to conduct / participate and
         present papers in conferences to enhance their knowledge in the recent trends
         and developments.
          Number of faculty members presented papers in conferences during last

        Suggestion Box:
            Students can use suggestion boxes provided at many places in the campus to
            convey their suggestions to the Principal and the management for the academic
            improvements.

        Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for democratic / good Governance
           To perform the overall governance of institution.
           To provide direction for the effective education and training of the students.
           To appoint staff for the effective functioning of institution.
           To review the annual report and audited accounts and to frame the budget
            estimate.
           To appoint Education Secretary to transact the day – to – day business of the
            institution.
 Students Feedback on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance
           Interaction Meetings:
           The Secretary, The Director (Academic) and the Principal frequently
           conduct interaction sessions with student representatives to know their
           feedback on institutional governance and Faculty performance.

           Students Feedback:
            At the end of every semester the feedback about the faculty performance is
            collected from the students and communicated to the faculty for improvement.

           Class Committee Meeting:
            The students can give their feedback about the faculty performance during every
            class committee meeting.

 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
      Discipline and Welfare Committee:
          Discipline and Welfare Committee has been formed to look after the student
          discipline and welfare measures. Whenever there are some problems related with
          discipline and welfare of the students, the committee consisting of senior faculty
          members enquires details and suitable recommendations are submitted to the
          Principal and management for redressal of the same.

      Faculty Development Cell (FDC):
         Faculty development cell takes care of redressal and development of faculty.

 Women’s Grievance redressal Committee
         The college has taken steps to welfare of Women Staff Members and Students to
         solve the problems on the part of the women’s community. The committee is
         functioning with following senior women faculty members.

       Placement Facilities
        Training and Placement Cell serves as bridge between the students and administration
        of the campus. This centre assists the students in their pursuit of academic excellence,
        ultimate employability, and challenging and stimulating environment. The various
        objectives which are carried out by the centre is as follows:
 Helping the students has a successful experience both in and out of the class room
  through periodical counseling.
 Arranging peer tutoring service to the fellow students by well-trained students who have
  participated in training or orientation programme in foreign universities.
 Providing special coaching for GATE, GRE, TOEFL, GMAT etc.,
 Arranging careers fairs and trade shows
 Providing opportunities to the students to bring out their inherent talents.
 Providing tips to the students on Job search techniques.
 Assisting the students in gaining employment related to their programme of study such
  as career planning, writing effective resumes and covering letters and interview
  techniques.
 Training on soft skills
 Conducting aptitude tests
 Arranging Guest lectures for HR Skills and Higher Education Opportunities
 Regular visit to the industries to analyze the need / requirement
 Arranging for campus recruitment
 Interaction with alumni regarding placement and career guidance

The Placement Cell functions on the basis of Division of Labour technique in the
management principle. We delegate the staff members in accordance with the functionality,
in order to exert more qualified student services. Staff Coordinators function on the
following and play the roles:

   Correspondence and coordination with the industries regarding the training
