LA 83-9              With the exception of an apprentice's bidding to an apprenticeship having the same number and

                     entering a different apprenticeship. Describes Company's responsibility to train, and
                     consequences if employee does not meet standards.

LA 83-89             Amends Paragraph G11 to allow one more apprenticeship to employees who, before 9-1-83,
(9-1-83)             have exercised both of their apprenticeships. The bidding by a journeyman in either Electric
                     Maintenance Department or Steam Generation Maintenance, to the apprenticeship of the other
                     does not count as one of the two opportunities allowed. See 603.2 and 612.4.

LA 83-112            Journeymen filling apprenticeship vacancies in their own LOP's shall not receive preferential

                     Technicians the new training program as Journeyman enhancement without the risk of possibly

LA 97-55             Due to the Co.'s failure to provide 2 Title 300 Utility Workers retest opportunities as specified in
(3-14-97)            the Master Appr. Agmt. and LA 86-107 and supervision's communications that they could be
                     retested 30 days after their last attempt (2/18/97), Company proposes to give the impacted
                     employees 3 retest opportunities at 30 day intervals.

LA 97-16             To revise the guidelines for the Appr. Equipment Mechanic Training Program. See also 605,

LA 97-62             A 70% entrance exam passing score will be required to successfully be awarded an Appr. Gas

LA R1-97-28          To establish a centralized 3-week New Hire Lineman Training Program for newly hired Title 200
