Section 1 This Schedule is part of the suite of documents which make up
the National Framework Contract for purchase of Independent
Fostering Agency Placements and will be used to monitor
individual desired outcomes for children and young people in
placements. The purpose of this information is to demonstrate
that the service being provided is benefiting children placed and
adding real value to their lives

10 The Provider and the Purchaser agree to the placement with the

accordance with the details set out above. For the Purposes of
this Individual Placement Agreement, the date the placement
commences may not be affected or altered in any way by the date
