1 . Assist in assembling and proofing investment management reports and quarterly valuation statements (QV’s).

3 . Assist in securities trading activities.
4 . Perform basic research on and assist in monitoring mutual funds (Ex. Morningstar Principia Pro Plus and Morningstar.com) and individual securities.
Financial Planning Duties:
1 . Bind and organize financial planning case/update for a meeting.
2 . Create and organize new client expandables.
3 . Update cash flow projection based on client revisions.
Investment Coordinator Duties:
1 . Check announcements on Veo daily.
2 . Basic knowledge of checking accounts and how they work. Re-order checks for clients. Send deposit slips when requested.
3 . Complete & send daily overnight deliveries to TD Ameritrade as necessary.
4 . Keep a supply of bill of lading slips and UPS envelopes for shipping to TD Ameritrade. Order bill of ladings when necessary.
5 . Proof all new account sheets from TD Ameritrade. (Make two copies, give one to Sherry and one to Warren.)
6 . Be able to complete UPS on-line shipments when necessary.

1 . Distribute Portfolio Center reports to advisors re: trades needed for cash needs. Follow-thru to be sure the trades occur.
2 . Take calls from clients re: cash needed. Process transactions with TD Ameritrade. Follow-up with client to notify them that the
transaction is complete.
3 . Process all TD Ameritrade applications- complete paperwork, mail to client, track progress of paperwork and transfer in Protracker,
Word and on the bulletin board, place calls to client to be sure paperwork is received, mail paperwork to TD Ameritrade, make weekly contact
with TD Ameritrade regarding status of transfer, balance account when received to be sure all securities are received, close transfer in
Protracker, Word, and on bulletin board. Place call to client regarding transfer being completed, notify advisors.
4 . Know how to open all corporate accounts, trusts, etc. (Corporate, Trust, DBPP, PSP, 401(k), Roth, SEP, Simple, 403(b) Plans)
5 . Set-up monthly distributions for clients – ACH, transfers to other TD Ameritrade accounts, checks or wires.
6 . Be able to set up a wire for a client, complete paperwork, execute with TD Ameritrade, and follow up with TD Ameritrade and the client.
7 . Add new groupings to the money balance report and any other necessary grouping.
8 . Change beneficiary designations on accounts.
9 . Change any item for regular IRA distributions – date, amounts, etc.

Investment Coordinator Duties:
1 . Distribute Portfolio Center reports to advisors re: trades needed for cash needs. Follow-thru to be sure the trades occur.
2 . Take calls from clients re: cash needed. Process transactions with TD Ameritrade. Follow-up with client to notify them that the
transaction is complete.
3 . Process all TD Ameritrade applications- complete paperwork, mail to client, track progress of paperwork and transfer in Protracker,
Word and on the bulletin board, place calls to client to be sure paperwork is received, mail paperwork to TD Ameritrade, make weekly contact
with TD Ameritrade regarding status of transfer, balance account when received to be sure all securities are received, close transfer in
Protracker, Word, and on bulletin board. Place call to client regarding transfer being completed, notify advisors.
4 . Know how to open all corporate accounts, trusts, etc. (Corporate, Trust, DBPP, PSP, 401(k), Roth, SEP, Simple, 403(b) Plans)
5 . Set-up monthly distributions for clients – ACH, transfers to other TD Ameritrade accounts, checks or wires.
