                                                                                                     accordance with the Contract Agreement.
                                                                                                      iii) 5% of the quoted price for erection, testing and commissioning shall be paid after
                                                                                                     completion of testing and commissioning of each unit based on certificate prepared by
                                                                                                     Engineer-in-charge and supplier’s representative, in accordance with the Contract
                                                                                                     Agreement.
                                                                                                      iv) Final 5% of the quoted price for erection, testing and commissioning shall be paid on
                                                                                                     expiry of guarantee period.
