 TTT-Services is a consortium of
    VoIP Service Providers and their Vendors
    Companies that offers services that are necessary for VoIP service
     deployment on a worldwide basis (TRS – TIPHON Resolution Service,
     Settlement Services, Trust Services)
 Openness of TTT-Services
    Most of the deliverables/temporary documents are disclosed to the
     public
    Website, FTP site, Exploder
    Co-operation agreement with EP TIPHON
    Contributions and Liaisons to TIPHON
    Open for new Service Providers in the consortium

 Global IP-Telephony Subscriber Number (GISN)
     Each subscriber gets his personal number: +878 00 <assigned number>

 Guest Dialer scenario
     SCN Terminal to other Terminal (User Dials: +878 00 <assigned number>)
     IP-Terminal to other Terminal (User clicks a Web-button) Call will be
      terminated on a predefined E.164 number
 Subscriber Dialler scenario
     SCN Terminal to other Terminal (User Dials: <access number> – IVR (access
      code) – access code – IVR (destination number) – <E.164 number>)
     SCN Terminal to other Terminal (User Dials: <access number> – „CLI
      identifies user“ - IVR (destination number) – <E.164 number>)
     IP-Terminal to other Terminal (registered user dials E.164 number)

 used by TTT-Services until service introduction
 (22.11.00)
Number-blocks will be allocated to each participating
 Network Operator

Allocation proposals will be sent by the TTT-Services
 consortium to ITU-TSB

International UPT Service
 The international UPT Service offers global number portability.
 UPT in addition enables access to telecomunication services
    while allowing personal mobility.
 It enables each UPT user to participitate in a user-defined set of
    subscribed services
 and to initiate and receive calls on the basis of a personal
    network-transparent UPT number across multiple networks on
    any
     fixed Terminal
     mobile Terminal
     IP-based Terminal
 Calls to UTP users may also be made by non-UPT users.

 Co-operation agreement
 TTT-Services meetings will take place three working-days in
  advance of the TIPHON meetings because:
    Based on TIPHON specifications
    Possibility to influence TIPHON as soon as possible
 Work on contributions to TIPHON related to Services
 Test and trial with products claim to get TIPHON compliance on
  an inter-domain basis
 Add service enrichment aspect to the tests and trials
 Invite Service Providers at TIPHON to join the efforts
