We are currently recruiting for the following contract employment opportunities:
Early Education Teachers (3) - earn up to $48K based upon class size/enrollment and performance
(maximum number of children per age group/class is 20). We have recently restructured to identify 3 full-
time seasoned professionals to work in partnership with the CEO/Executive Director as contract
employees. Applicants MUST possess a minimum of a Florida CDA or CDA equivalency credential, 2-
year early childhood education degree, or other combination of education/training that meets DCF
requirements and have entrepreneurial and/or leadership characteristics. Each person selected will have
day-to-day responsibility for a specific educational/developmental program (infants/one year olds,
two/young three year olds, preschool/VPK). Prior experience in a lead teacher, supervisor, or
management/owner role within a licensed child care/early childhood setting or family child care home or
an elementary school teacher. Must have the ability to effectively manage a classroom/classroom budget,
plan age-appropriate lessons/activities, develop/maintain parent relations, organize, schedule/supervise
staff, etc. will minimal assistance. Employer governs organization and its early education initiative; will
work collaboratively with contract employers to increase student recruitment. Current licensed capacity is
51 (with 25 enrollees), but can increase licensed capacity to 87 with the proper team.
Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper (1) – Enter and pay bills, process sales, create invoices, process
deposits, setup and track budgets, generate reports, process employee pay, tax liabilities, reconcile bank
statements, generate monthly financial reports, use classes to track and report transactions for various
divisions. Accounting coursework and formal Quick Books training is highly desirable. 2+ years stable
work experience/using Quick Books as bookkeeper/accountant required. Non-profit experience a plus.

Career Development Coordinator/Instructor (1) – supervise and support adult students enrolled in
online coursework or occupational training programs. Teach Orientation to Online Learning workshop,
coach and tutor on assignments and projects, proctor/record quizzes and tests, track and record
attendance/total weekly hours in online classroom. Excellent computer and Internet skills, teaching
experience/college degree/experience with online registration/education process a must. (Flexible days
and hours; possibly one early evening per week and one Saturday morning from 9a-12noon per month)
