CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER Wage: $DOE FT
The employees of Rehabilitation and Community Services thrive in a culture that

and recognition for success. Goodwill’s Rehabilitation department is looking for
an individual that excels in strategy development and decision making, is able to
facilitate change and manage execution and also coach and develop staff. This
individual must demonstrate leadership and assertiveness by leading through
vision and values for Goodwill Career Development Services. In addition to this
list of competencies the applicant must have, a Masters Degree in social work,
psychology or sociology with experience in program and/or curriculum
development, budgeting, and supervision of staff. Three years experience
working with the Department of Human/Social Services or in a similar capacity
and population. It is preferable that experience includes contract management,
implementation of legislative changes, and program development. Criminal
background check is required.
INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINER Wage: $DOE FT/PT
The employees of Rehabilitation and Community Services thrive in a culture that

the work and recognition for success. CBIS/ILST needed. ILST must be willing
to be certified through State. Must have at least one year field experience in BI
care, must have reliable transportation. Criminal background check is
required.
PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER Wage: $8.00 FT / PT
Goodwill is seeking reliable, Personal Care Providers for in-home care. Duties
involve light housekeeping or personal care. Clients consist mainly of disabled,
older adults, or temporary emergency care. Will train. Requirements: Must have a
GED or High School diploma. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Please call

REHABILITATION BILLING AND PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Wage: DOE FT
The Rehabilitation and Community Services organization encompasses the
following departments: Career Development Center, Rehabilitation, Family
Services, Staffing Services, Research and Development and Employee
Development Services, for Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs. In order to
meet the client and customer needs of Rehabilitation and Community Services,

Position available is a Rehabilitation Payroll and Billing Specialist to perform all
rehabilitation billing services rehabilitation programs and supervise all other staff
completing payroll and billing for rehabilitation departments. Oversee the billing
and payroll operations by anticipating, analyzing and resolving all billing and
payroll needs and issues at all rehabilitation facility sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business from an accredited business college or
three years clerical experience if Business College is not met.
A valid Colorado driver’s license without a history of violations is also
required.
Must have a minimum of two years experience completing Medicaid Billing
Must have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Must have the ability to interact with various levels of management and senior
leaders, community leaders and referral sources.
Must have the ability to communicate and conduct self with diplomacy, work
independently, demonstrate flexibility, good judgment, and decision-making and
possess strong technical skills.
Must be able to work under the direction of several people, organize and follow
through with duties and be able to cope with some amount of pressure.
Must also conduct self in a professional manner, maintain a professional
appearance that enhances the firm’s reputation, and be a positive role model.

Position available is a Systems Improvement Specialist to assist organization
with improving systems by using a systematic process of monitoring critical
performance indicators and developing and executing strategies to improve the
process and outcomes of all services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or an applicable field or
equivalent combination of training and experience.
Must have three years experience working in a rehabilitation service
setting.
Must be detail oriented, able to learn specific rules, regulations and
standards to maintain compliance and conformance.
Must be process-focused, data-driven and results-oriented.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must have experience working with computer systems such as client
tracking, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PageMaker.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate the ability to interact with various internal and external
customers, and process multiple inputs.
Must have the ability to work independently and cross functionally as a
strong team member.
Must have the ability to multi-task, be organized and have time
management skills.
Must be neat and professional
