Renowned Producer Tony Mojena Continues at the Helm of
Latin Music's Hottest Night

Long Term Deal Centers on Robust Three-Screen Content

MIAMI -January 22, 2009 - Telemundo Communications Group, a
leading producer of high-quality content for Hispanics in
the U.S. and audiences around the world, announced today
that the network has extended its multi-year deal with
Billboard, a premier global music brand, to present the
annual Billboard Latin Music Awards, with renowned
producer, Tony Mojena continuing as the show's Executive

This unprecedented agreement grants Telemundo expanded
exclusive rights across multiple platforms including
television, online and mobile. This year's Billboard Latin
Music Awards commemorates the 11th year Telemundo
broadcasts the show and will air live in the United States
and internationally on Thursday, April 23, 2009. The
Billboard Latin Music Awards are the culmination of the
Billboard Latin Music Conference - The largest gathering of
Latin Music professionals in the world. This year's
conference, celebrating its 20th anniversary, is taking
place April 19-23 at the Eden Roc in Miami Beach.
