Chapter I. Organisation

Art. 1. Definition of the meeting

« Gordon Finest Race » has the status of an “OPEN” meeting.

BTCS & Belcar, series of the Belgian Championship take, among others, part in the meeting.

Art. 2. Organisation

BTCS & Belcar are organized by SPEEDWORLD Promotion, Hoge Wei, 37 at 1930 Zaventem and are governed by RACB
Sport, the Sporting and Technical regulations BTCS en de Belcar and present supplementary regulations and its appendices.
All drivers and competitors, by their participation, undertake to observe all these provisions, by considering these supplementary
regulations being part of the sporting regulations of their series, challenge or Championship.

3.8 Duration of the races :

Following attached timetable. This schedule can, if necessary, be adapted during the meeting.

3.9 Duration of the meeting :

The meeting starts with scrutineering and/or sportive checks and finishes at the end of the latest endings following :
    - The ending of a complaint of an appeal or the end of a hearing
    - The end of sportive checks and/or scrutineering after the race, following the Code
    - The end of the prize ceremony

3.10 Sportive Checks :

                     Saturday 10th of April from 09.45.00 until 10.45

Place : Race Control Center, Paddock 2 (Briefing room / purple stairs). All drivers enlisted in BTCS and Belcar must present
themselves at the Sportive Checks.

3.11 Scrutineering :

BTCS :               Friday 09th of April from 14.00 until 18.00
                     Saturday 10th of April from 07.45 until 08.45 – only with derogation
Belcar :             Friday 09th of April from 14.00 until 18.00 – on convocation*
                     Saturday 10th of April from 10.00 until 11.00 – only with derogation

* The convocation list shall be handed over to the teams at least 2 hours before the start of the scrutineering.

                     Belcar : Pitlane, box 1 & 2

3.12 Official Notice Board :

3.13 Fuel:

Al races:                     The competitors can take fuel from the pumps in the paddocks. Competitors may refuel in front
                              of their box.

3.14 Briefing :      PLEASE BRING A PEN ALONG

All drivers and team principals must be present throughout the briefing and sign the presence form. Singing in means having
received the supplementary regulations which will be handed over during the meeting. Any unauthorized absence shall be
financially fined with € 100.


3.15 Podium ceremonies :

The drivers finishing the race in 1st, 2nd and 3rd position of the general classification must attend – in race suit – the prize
giving ceremony. The prize ceremony will take place on the podium in the pitlane (except for Michelin, no caps of other
sponsors are allowed on the podium). The prize giving ceremony for the divisions and categories shall take place in the
Speedworld Hospitality, paddock 2.

3.16 Parc Fermé

Paddock (place to be determined by the Technical Commission)

3.17. Distribution of tyres

Shall take place in the technical zone “Michelin” as from Thursday 08th of April at 16.00. If this timing cannot be respected, the
distribution shall take place maximum one hour before the start of scrutineering. If a team principal cannot be present at the
distribution of the tyres, he shall be replaced by one of the Officials.

Chapter II. Specific conditions of the meeting .

Art. 6. Drivers.

All competitors and drivers must comply with the specifications of Appendix L of the International Sporting Code 2010 of the
FIA and especially concerning : their licence – the medical check – helmet and protecting clothing.

These identical entrees must comply with the specifications provided by their ASN for identical obligations.

Licences must be valid in the year 2010 and minimum of the type FIA, A, B or C.
The minimum national required licence for BTCS is C Circuit or C Circuit stage (Touring cars & silhouette <2000cc).
The minimum national required licence for the Belcar is B Circuit (GT3), C Circuit (night races) and C Circuit stage (< 2000cc).

A driver and/or competitor may not be suspended by any car sports organization.
If involved in a incident, please do not leave the circuit before authorization of the officials of the meeting.

Art. 7. Cars

Participation is open for cars complying with the technical regulations of the BTCS and Belcar.

Art. 8. LP - Documents

These documents shall be remitted and/or be at disposal of the responsible and/or coordinator of a Series. He/she shall hand them
over to the competitors and drivers.

Art. 9. Insurance. Number: 730.091.636. AXA

The organiser (Circuit Zolder) has undertaken an insurance following the law.

Chapter III. Course of the meeting.

Art. 10. Practices - Qualifying

10.1 BTCS : The official timed practices shall take place following attached schedule. There will be two sessions of 45
     minutes each. For the two sessions, the first 15 minutes are exclusive for cars from Group 2. The following 5 minutes
     will be for all cars. The last 15 minutes will be exclusive for cars from Group 1 (Super Pole). The reference time will
     not be taken into account during these last 15 minutes reserved for the Super Pole.

     The cars are divided in two groups during the practices :
     Group 1 : cars from category T3, T4, S1 and S2
     Group 2 : cars from category T1, T2, D and S3

     Belcar : The official timed practice shall take place following attached schedule. There will be one session of 60
     minutes.

10.2 Following the sporting regulations, the qualification minima will be taken into account.

Art. 11. The Grid

11.1. BTCS : the starting grid of the first race shall be in accordance with the results of the first timed practice. The starting
      grid of the second race shall be in accordance with the results of the second timed practice.

     Belcar : The starting grid shall be in accordance with the results of the qualified cars of the timed practice.

11.2 The starting grid shall be under the supervision of the responsible of the starting grid. Competitors and drivers must be
     present at the exit of their respectively paddock, 30 minutes before the start of their race.

11.3 BTCS : Access to the track from paddock 0 shall be closed 10 minutes before the start of the formation lap.

Art. 12. Start Procedure

12.1 The Clerk of the Course will give the start signal by extinguishing the red start lights. By lack of lights, the start signal shall
     be given by a national flag.

12.2 During the starting procedure and until completion of the first two laps, the pit wall must remain free of all persons,
     with the exception of officials, track- and pit marshals, carrying the necessary accreditation.

12.3 BTCS : on instruction of the responsible of the starting grid and pit marshals, the cars will leave the boxes behind the
     Safety Car for a reconnaissance lap. Overtaking during the formation lap is only permitted if a car is delayed when
     leaving its grid position and cars behind cannot avoid passing it without unduly delaying the remainder of the field.
     Offenders will be penalised with exclusion from the meeting. Practice starts, accelerations or staying behind during
     this lap are forbidden. Offenders are penalised by means of a 1 minute penalty.

     Belcar : A maximum of 15 minutes before the time for the start of the race, the cars will leave the pitlane (or paddock)
     and take their positions on the dummy grid. The cars cover a reconnaissance lap or a part of a reconnaissance lap with
     the Clerk of the Course’s car leading. At the end of the lap, they go to the pitlane or continue until the starting grid.
     Engines are stopped. The approach of the start will be announced by audible warnings. A green flag will be shown at
     the front of the grid where upon the cars will begin a formation lap, with the Clerk of the Course’s car leading,
     maintaining their starting order. Overtaking during the formation lap is only permitted if a car is delayed when
     leaving its grid position and cars behind cannot avoid passing it without unduly delaying the remainder of the field.
     Offenders will be penalised with exclusion from the meeting. Practice starts, accelerations or staying behind during
     this lap are forbidden. Offenders are penalised by means of a 1 minute penalty.

12.4 BTCS : the pitlane will be closed at 5 minutes before the green flag is deployed
     Belcar : the pitlane will be closed at 10 minutes before the green flag is deployed

Art. 13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Motor silence is obligatory on certain times at Circuit Zolder. This timing is to be followed up strictly. A car has to be
     pushed if needed during motor silence times.

13.2. The maximum authorized speed in the pitlane is 60 km/h.

13.3 The Clerk of the Course must inflict the penalties set out in (or conform to) the sporting regulations. For all cases not
    provided in the regulations, the will hand over a report to the Panel of the Stewards of the Meeting, that will apply the
    regulations provided by the International or National Sporting Code.
    The Clerk of the Course, in presence of a member of the Panel of the Stewards of the meeting, is entitled to impose a
    « Drive Through » penalty instead of a penalty that was (or not) provided in the sporting regulations.

13.5 The Clerk of the Course may order a CODE 60 procedure in order to take in all abandoning cars (by means of an
     intervention car) and this until 30 minutes before the end of the race. A car, once fixed, may rejoin the race.
