Policies and Procedures
 Commission is applied session by session for a maximum of three sessions.
 Commission may be applied retroactively for any one year period. Agent must submit an invoice
  by fax or email with the names of all students.
 Agents agree to all school policies. (Current policies may be found on the school web-site.) In
  particular, full payment is required prior to issuance of an I-20. (Proof of student payment may be
  submitted.)
 Student applications must be made through the agent. In the case of F1 students, for example, the
  school is responsible only for making the I-20. The agent must ensure a complete school
  application and required supporting documentation. Overseas agents are also responsible for
  guiding students through the entire visa-granting process.
 Commission payments are made by check issued to the Agent. Agent must submit the invoice
  from AEI provides properly filled out with student’s information. Agent must issue invoices
  separately. Commission payments will only be approved once the student’s payment is cleared.
 Refunds are available to agents according to the same school policies which govern prospective
  students. Any and all refunds issued to agents on behalf of a prospective student must be re-issued
  to the student within 15 business days. In any case, agent agrees to indemnify the school from any
  student refund claims which meet the conditions of school policy.
 Only students coming from abroad may apply for a partial session. Enrollment must be in advance
  of travel and in conjunction with an overseas trip. Tuition is prorated; however, a partial session
  surcharge of $175 is applied. This surcharge also applies in cases where a student’s enrolment
  period crosses over from one session into the next. Commissions for partial session enrollment are
  prorated.
 Commissions are based on tuition charges only. No commissions are available from the school for
  application, housing, insurance, or other miscellaneous fees or charges, including the partial
  session surcharge.
