                   “Forecast for Chicago’s Commercial Real Estate Market”

CommercialForum, a division of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, presents
“Commercial Real Estate Forecast,” a luncheon and panel discussion on the current status of the
commercial real estate market, trends, and the forecast for the future. The three expert panelists
will discuss commercial real estate in Chicago and address questions from the audience. Wayne
Caplan, Commercial/Investment Committee Chairperson, will moderate the event.

WHO: Panelists specializing in commercial real estate:
 Norris R. Eber, SCSM, CLS, Executive Vice President, Asset Management & Acquisitions for
  Joseph Freed and Associates LLC, is responsible for the administration of the company’s
  shopping center portfolio as well as supervision of the property management, tenant construction
  and marketing activities along with seeking acquisitions of existing properties to grow the Freed
  portfolio.
 Douglas S. Imber is President of Essex Realty Group, Inc., a real estate brokerage company he co-
  founded 16 years ago that specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout Chicago. As
  a broker, Imber has been involved in more than $500 million of apartment transactions.
 Gerald Lee Nudo, Vice President, Marc Realty, became a principal of the company in 1990 and
  oversees the acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for the company portfolio. Prior to joining
  Marc Realty, Nudo was a prominent and successful mortgage banker in Chicago and served as
  director for three publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts.
