As the property owner, you have the final responsibility for ensuring that the
documentation is complete.

Section 110.3 A certificate of occupancy, indicating completion of the work for which a
permit was issued, shall be obtained prior to any occupancy of a structure except as
provided for in Section 110.3. (Temporary Occupancy)

Please supply the following information:

_________      Letter of Substantial Completion including Roadways
_________      Approval by FMO
_________      Final report of Special Inspections
_________      Actual Cost report
_________      Air balancing report
_________      Final revised plans – CD if available
_________      Approval by Planning Dept.
