• Chief of Naval Operations • Chief of Naval Operations (N09N) – Special Assistant for Naval Investigative Matters and Security – is designated as the Senior Agency Official responsible for implementing the DON Declassification Program per EO 12958, As Amended • CNO (N09N2) Assistant for Information and Personnel Security – is responsible for issuing DON policy for implementation of EO 12958, As Amended
