2D shapes When given pictures of shapes, shape stencils, and labeled strips…using the stencil to copy the
shape and correctly placing the labels on the drawing.

Graphs When given a chart with Velcro strips, squares with Velcro backing, and numerical data…placing the
correct number of squares on each section of the chart.

Patterns When given a Velcro number line, number tiles and labels… correctly placing missing tiles and
choosing the proper label.

RD-06-1.0.1 Once passage is read to student, he/she will be given sentences containing underlined words
from passages, the student will identify synonyms and antonyms of words in a grade level passage by choosing
the correct synonym or anonym for the word from a group of 3.

RD-06-2.0.3 After passage is read to the student, the student will identify a specified literary element from
grade level passage by verbally stating the specific literary element (characters, setting, problem, theme, or
point of view – depending on what you taught the student to find).

RD-06-3.0.3 After an adaptive passage with a problem that was solved is read to the student, the student will
explain how the problem was solved in the grade level passage by verbalizing what the problem was and how it
was solved.

RD-06-3.0.7 When given a list of 10 sentences from an adaptive passage, after being read each sentence, the
student will identify what was opinion vs. fact in grade level passage by stating the word fact or opinion for a
scribe to write down. (or by touching O for opinion or F for fact on a touch screen – if we get hers by the time
we are on this goal)

RD-06-5.0.3 After an adapted passage is read to student, he/she will identify literary devices from grade level
passages by pointing to the name of the correct literary devices listed in a word bank or from a list of three.

MA-06.1.1.1 When given a sheet or screen of 10 shaded fraction circles or squares, the student will recognize
and identify fractions as parts of whole by marking or touching the correct answer from a list of three.

patter by placing the correct number tiles after the pattern to correctly extend it by three numbers.
