Be sure to bring the following with you:
 Completed State Application (STD 678) found at
 Valid California Identification
If applicable, please bring:
 Notice of Exam Results (If on an eligibility list with the State Personnel
Board (SPB) or other State Department)
 A copy of your typing certificate (Only applies if the classification requires
specific typing speed). To obtain a typing certificate, call the State
Personnel Board at (916) 653-1502
If you are LEAP (Limited Examination and Appointment Program)
Certified, please bring the following with you:
 Notice of LEAP Readiness Evaluation Results (if applicable)
 State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) - Permanent and Stationary
If you are not already LEAP Certified, certification will be available.
You must bring the following with you:
 Official documentation of your disability (see some examples of
acceptable documentation below)
    Letter from a physician/medical professional on his/her letterhead
    Letter from a Federal Government agency that issues or provides
      disability benefits, e.g. Social Security Benefits Letter
    Veterans Administration Letter
    School District Documentation
    Disability Rating Documentation
