ERecruiting System: Students are responsible for establishing their own accounts on eRecruiting and
keeping their information on the site up-to-date and factual (this includes, contact information, email
addresses, resumes, cover letters and profiles). All resume books have deadlines. Failure to meet deadlines
will result in exclusion of resumes from the resume book. Additionally, providing false information may
result in losing privileges to use this system.
Career Counseling: The career counseling session provided by the members of the MBA Office of Career

efforts in targeting companies, industries and functions. Typically, this session follows resume critique and
approval. In the event that during a private session information is shared with the Career Counselor which
results in the Career Counselor feeling that a candidate is at risk of hurting themselves or a third party, the
MBA Career Services office will seek help through the Rutgers University health services.
No-Show Policy (Students only): Not showing up for an interview scheduled at the MBA Office of Career
Management will result in a candidate being inactivated from eRecruiting and ineligible for all further On-
