Consumer wants reimbursement to compensate for the lack of reduction in mortgage payments due to delay in
their loans being closed within the stated timeframe. Additionally they want reimbursement for the cost of a new
appraisal as a result of having to find a new institution to refinance their loans. Provident explained that delay in

return of the previously undisclosed origination fee of $8,000 and a no cost 7% rate as originally estimated in the

Consumer claims broker inflated consumer's income to get mortgage approved. Consumer claims inspection
faulty and broker promised to help her refinance loan within a month. Consumer wants to take broker to court. In
Unauthorized transaction taking from checking account which caused credit problems. Wants name cleared with
Chexsystems. Citizens deleted derogatory information reported to ChexSystems. Also refunded consumer
Broker and borrower agreed to one rate and right before closing lender raised the rate. Broker said the raise was
due to the bank charging PMI. Borrower signed the document for rate and all fees were standard from the broker.
The origination fee was under 1% and the broker had supporting documents for all charges and fees and
Consumer claims that the company made too many inquiries into his credit score which resulted in a decrease in
credit score "points." Consumer wants company to reconcile the problem with the credit agencies. Consumer was

stated that sales price determined by auto dealer not finance company. First Financial provided copies of all

be option arm interest only loan. Appears that all disclosures provided. Examiner found that the actural
prepayment penalty was more than what the company collected set by the limit according to M.G.L. 183 Section

Loansnap advised Division that they have met with consumers to help with finances for next 12 months to help
Consumer complained that forwarded checks to All States for payment of bills. Consumer stated that All States
promised to improve consumer's credit scores. Companies did not receive payments. All States initially stated
that checks had been forwarded to credit reporting bureaus. After investigation by Division, All States refunded

mortgage terms were not the same as what was orginally stated in agreements. Mortgage Options stated that
Consumer states that company promised 1.5% rate and then recv'd 5%. He wants the 1.5% as promised. No
Consumer states that we never would have refinanced had he known the new mortgage was not a fixed rate.
Consumer does not want the 2/28 ARM. States he would like a refund of the brokerage fee for misleading the
