               DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND
                CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT

Electronic banking is the term we use to refer to all transactions in
which the transfer of money is initiated electronically, without
paper. Included among these transactions are:
• ATM deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers
• Automatic transfers such as the deposit of your Social Security
check or the payment of your loan
• Purchases you make with your Amboy Bank Check Card
• Transfers you make by telephone
• Electronic check conversions. You may authorize a merchant or
other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from your
checking account using information from your check to pay for
  purchases or pay bills.
Federal regulations refer to these transactions as Electronic Funds
Transfers and require that we provide you with this disclosure
statement. We encourage you to read the information provided. It
explains both your rights and responsibilities and those of the
bank in connection with electronic transactions. If you have any
questions, please call (732) 591-2530.

account to a third party, you can stop payment of this transfer by
calling us at 1-732-591-2530 or writing us at P.O. Box 1076, Old
Bridge, NJ 08857 in time for us to receive your request three (3)
business days or more before the transfer is scheduled to be made.

account number, the name of the payee, specify the exact amount
of the transfer you want stopped, and the date the transfer is
scheduled to be made. If you call, we may require you to put your
request in writing within fourteen (14) days after you call. If we
request and do not receive your written confirmation, the oral stop
payment order may cease to be binding fourteen (14) days after it

the payee that you have revoked the pre-authorized transfer.
If you ordered us to stop a pre-authorized transfer to a third party
as provided above and we do not do so, we will be liable for your
losses or damages, unless we require and do not receive written
confirmation of an oral stop payment request within the fourteen
(14) days and the transfer takes place after the fourteen (14) days,
or you fail to give us proper instructions that would enable us to
stop the transfer. Our liability for losses or damages may be limit-
ed to actual damages you have sustained if the failure to stop pay-
ment was due to a bona fide error, despite our procedures to avoid
such errors.
RECORD OF TRANSACTION
At the time of the transaction, you will receive a printed receipt
for each ATM or POS or VISA purchase transaction which you
make. You will receive a monthly statement showing the status of
your account(s), transactions that you made during the past month

may impose for services or transactions.
LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS

Amboy Bank Check Card, or TPIN has been lost or stolen, or if
you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without
your permission using information from your check. Telephoning
us at 1-800-411-5002 is the best way of keeping your losses to a
minimum. If you telephone us, we may require that you send us
written confirmation of your notice to be received by us within ten
(10) business days of your phone call.

available balance in your overdraft protection account(s), if you
take no action to notify us of the loss of your PIN, ATM Card,
Amboy Check Card or Amboy 24 Telephone Banking Access
Code. If you notify us of the loss, your liability for unauthorized
transfers will be as follows:

exceeded to the extent allowed under applicable law only if Amboy
Bank has determined that you were grossly negligent or fraudulent in
the handling of your account or card.
Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make,
                                6
including those made by card, code, or other means, tell us at
once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was
mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the
60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from
taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such
as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will
extend the time periods.

to forty-five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question.
If we decide to do this, we will provide provisional credit to your
account within ten (10) business days for the amount you think is
in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time
it takes us to complete our investigation.
For POS purchase transactions and International transactions, we

THE USE OF THE CARDS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED IN
THIS DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND THE AMBOY

             AND CHECK CARD AGREEMENT
This Agreement covers the use of your Amboy Bank ATM Card
and Check Card with the accounts and services described in the
Disclosure Statement and this Agreement. By using the Amboy
Bank ATM or Check Card, you agree to the terms of this
Agreement for the card and services requested by you.
AMBOY BANK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Our Amboy Bank Disclosure Statement, which is required by
Federal Law, contains additional terms that are part of this
Agreement. If there are any inconsistencies between the
Disclosure Statement and this notice, the Disclosure Statement
will govern.
ACCOUNTS AND SERVICES
You have the account(s) with us listed on your application form
for the Amboy Bank Check Card or ATM Card. You request that
we issue to you one or more card(s) to be used with these accounts
and any other accounts that you may add at a later date, as
described in the Disclosure Statement and this Agreement.
ACCOUNT RULES AND REGULATIONS
You agree that the uses of the ATM Card and the Amboy Bank
Check Card described in this Agreement are subject to the rules
                                9
and regulations of each account which is accessed by such services.
USE OF THE PIN
The PIN used with the ATM Card or Amboy Bank Check Card at
an ATM acts as your signature. The PIN identifies the bearer of
the card to the ATM and validates the directions given just as your
actual signature and other proof identify you and validate your
directions to us.
A POS merchant that accepts an ATM Card or Amboy Check Card
for a POS Purchase transaction may have an electronic terminal
(merchant operated or self service) which requires the use of your
PIN. The use of your PIN at a POS merchant’s terminal with the
card validates the directions given just as your actual signature and
other proof identify you and validate your directions to us.
Your PIN is an identification code that is personal and confiden-
tial. The use of the PIN with the ATM Card or Amboy Check Card
is a security method by which we are helping you to maintain the
security of your account(s). Therefore, YOU AGREE TO TAKE
ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS THAT NO ONE ELSE
LEARNS YOUR PIN.
LIABILITY
You agree to contact us at once if you believe the ATM Card(s) or
Amboy Check Card(s) issued to you or your PIN has been lost or
stolen or money is missing from your account(s). You also agree
that if your monthly statement shows transactions which you did
not make and you do not contact us within sixty (60) days after the
statement was mailed to you that you may not get back any money
lost after that time. You agree to cooperate with us in the investi-
gation of any claim or dispute and provide us with information
and documentation as may be necessary in order to submit your
claim or dispute to the VISA or ATM networks for resolution.
YOU AGREE THAT IF YOU GIVE YOUR PIN, TPIN AND
ATM CARDS(S) OR AMBOY CHECK CARD(S) OR NUM-
BER(S) TO SOMEONE ELSE TO USE, YOU ARE AUTHORIZ-
ING THEM TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF AND YOU WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USE OF THE CARD(S) OR NUM-
BER(S) BY THEM.
If an ATM Card or Amboy Check Card is issued for a joint
account, each joint account holder will be responsible under this
Agreement. If we make funds available to you from deposits prior
to their collection you agree to promptly pay to us any funds
which are not collected. We may also deduct from your accounts

        SAFETY MEASURES YOU SHOULD KNOW
              WHEN USING AN ATM…
Be aware of your surroundings—particularly at night.
Consider having someone accompany you when using the ATM
after dark.
If you observe or sense suspicious persons nearby, do not use the
ATM at that time. Or, if you are in the middle of a transaction,
cancel the transaction. Leave the area and come back another time
or use an ATM at another location.
If you are approached by any person who asks you to do them a
“favor” or tries to draw you into conversation, cancel your trans-
action and leave the area. Report the incident to us as soon as pos-
sible.
When using the ATM at night, park close to the ATM in a well-
lighted area and always lock your car.
Always make sure you close the entry door of any ATM facility
equipped with a door.
If the lights on or around the ATM are not working, don’t use it.
Report it to the bank the next day.
If you are using another financial institution's ATMs and shrubs or
trees block the view, select another ATM.
If you are using a drive-up ATM, be sure passenger windows and
doors are locked.
To keep your account information confidential, always take your
receipts with you.
Don’t display any cash. As soon as you complete the transaction,
pocket the money and count it later.
Report all crimes to the police immediately.
If your card is lost or stolen, report it to us immediately. Call
1-800-411-5002.
If you have any complaints concerning ATM security, contact us
immediately. Call 1-800-411-5002 or The New Jersey Department
