APPOINTMENT OF DELEGATE

How does an NCAA member school or conference appoint a voting delegate?
Presidents, chancellors and commissioners will receive e-mails after September 30, notifying
them of the unique school passcode that should be used to gain entry to the school- or
conference-specific Appointment of Delegate Form found at www.ncaaconvention.com. This
passcode will be different than passwords for other NCAA databases. If a president, chancellor
or commissioner should need to have the passcode resent, please have someone from their office
contact Becky Cooper at bcooper@ncaa.org.

Why doesn’t a name show up on the drop down list for voting delegate?
All names are automatically transferred to the Appointment of Delegate system once that
individual registers for Convention. If a name does not appear in the drop down box, that means
they either have not registered for Convention, or they did not select your university or
conference during the registration process. Please ask them to complete their registration before
trying again. If you continue to have issues, please contact Becky Cooper at bcooper@ncaa.org.
DRESS CODE

What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual for the majority of Convention events. The Honors Celebration is
