Job Title:             Search Marketing Manager

Reports To:
                       Director, Marketing
Job Summary:
                       The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership on web/e-marketing initiatives
                       (search engine marketing, website optimization, and key word marketing), with
                       strong work ethic, a passion for technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities and
Essential Duties:          •   Planning and executing SEM programs (PPC and SEO) through keyword
                               search planning, optimization, and ROI analysis for clicks, conversions,
                               qualified leads, and sales
                           •   Monitoring competitive best practices, keeping up with industry trends, and
                               introducing new ideas for improving performance; developing new
                               partnerships as necessary
                           •   Developing segmentation analysis, offers, and incentives for maximizing
                               leads / sales conversions
                           •   Working in conjunction with the marketing team to build our prospect
                               database, and executing email marketing in support of multi-touch
                               acquisition campaigns
                           •   Providing reporting and analysis strategy and communicating key
                               performance trends to the organization
                           •   Performing data analysis as needed to problem solve and to identify trends
                               and opportunities
                           •   Interacting closely with Product Managers, web team, and other marketing
                               staff to execute acquisition campaigns

Education and/or
Experience:            The successful candidate has:

                           •   3-5 years of relevant work experience in online marketing. Experience in
                               B2B, high-tech products preferred.
                           •   Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of
                           •   Expert knowledge of search engine optimization and ad networks
                           •   Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, such
                               as Google Adwords, Omniture, Pardot etc
                           •   Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative
                               and detailed execution
                           •   Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to deliver high quality

                           •   Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to

                           •   Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
                           •   Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and
                               gain support for initiatives
