Accommodations
• Steps away from the hotel, shared accommodation rental rates
  range from $3 - $16 per day

• Various buildings have bathroom/shower facilities, common
  TV/DVD rooms, computer rooms, kitchen facilities, laundry
  facilitates and internet access

• If applying with a friend, you can request to be roommates

         *Please note that all accommodation and pricing vary based
                     on the specific hotel and location*
Meals
• Colleague restaurants offer good company and good
  food!

• Outlets may serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at
  discounted rates

How to Apply?
• Submit your application to your program coordinator
   • Deadline will be communicated through your program
     coordinator


• Your application package must include:
   • SWEP Application Form
   • Resume and cover letter
   • Two recent letters of reference (work-related)
Interview & Selection Process
• Step 1: Online interview
   • All candidates will be invited to participate
   • Instructions will be emailed to candidates


• Step 2: Contact
   • Selected candidates will be contacted by a Human Resources
     representative or a Departmental Manager to arrange a follow-
     up interview
   • The hotel will contact selected candidates within 2-3 weeks
     following the online interview

• Step 3: Background & Reference Checks
   • Required information will be gathered and processed through
     the Human Resources office



          The interview & selection process
             will start in early January!!

• Show us your interest and confidence

• Be prepared – research the company and the hotel!

• Demonstrate professionalism in your manner, email address,
  email correspondence, voicemail, and phone messages

• Ensure uninterrupted time for interviews

• When leaving a message for the recruiter include; your full name,
  phone number and when you are available
Leadership Development
       Program
Program Overview
• Graduating students

• Based on experience and qualifications, participants are placed in
  either a Supervisory or Assistant Manager level position

• 12 – 18 months

• Placement in one of the following departments:
   • Rooms, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Accounting, Spa, Culinary

• Participation in our ‘on boarding program’ which includes hotel
  and leadership orientation
