   Whether you are planning a sumptuous luncheon, an elegant dinner party or wedding
        reception, you will find the perfect setting at Robinson Ranch Golf Club.


We will be delighted to customize a menu to your specifications. Our highly skilled culinary
 and service staff is anxious to assist you with the coordination of an event you and your
                                guests will fondly remember.


       We hope you select Robinson Ranch Golf Club for your special occasion.
The enclosed information will help you in organizing your event. Please feel free to call the

                                    General Information
                                            Menu Selection
 To assure that your menu selections can be made available, please submit them at least four weeks in
        advance. Custom menus should be discussed directly with your catering representative.


                                      Food and Beverage Service
    It is our policy that food and liquor cannot be brought onto the property from outside sources.


                                          Deposits/Contracts
  Upon request, we will hold your date on a tentative basis for up to two weeks, at which time a signed
  contract and initial deposit of $1500 needs to be returned to our catering office. We will then ask
    for an additional deposit equal to 50% of your estimated food and beverage revenue (your due
  date(s) will be outlined in your contract), with the final balance payable seven working days prior to
                                                the event.


                                            Service Charges
                   All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax.


                                               Sales Tax
 All fees, including labor charges, set-up fees, ceremony fees, services charges and food and beverage
                               charges are subject to California state tax.


                                      Minimum Attendance & Fees
  For all meal functions, a minimum of 25 guests is required. If this minimum is not met, a surcharge may
                apply. Please contact your catering representative for more information

                                            Guarantee Policy
   A minimum attendance guarantee must be received before noon three business days prior to your
    event. The guarantee is the minimum number for which you will be charged. If your attendance
  exceeds the guarantee, billing will be for the actual number of guests in attendance. The club will be
     prepared for 5% overage of your guaranteed figure. Increases in guaranteed attendance are
   accepted up to 24 hours prior to your event. Any increases of guest count within 24 hours of the
                contracted starting time of your event will be subject to a $250 charge.


                                             Event Hours
Your event may take place within the times of 12:00-4:00pm, or 6:00-10:00pm. Any amount of time that
  the room is occupied beyond the contracted closing time will be subject to a $250 per hour charge.
  The $250 will be charged for any part of an hour that the room is occupied beyond the stated time.

                                   Additional General Information
                                             Lunch and Dinner Selections
  The plated lunch selections are available only for your afternoon event, from 12:00-4:00pm. The plated dinners and
         designer buffet selections may be used for either the 12:00 – 4:00pm or the 6:00-10:00pm event times.

                                                     Dance Floors
                   We will provide a dance floor with rental fees at $175.00. Sizing begins at 15’ x 15’.
                                      Additional sizing upgrades will be an extra fee.

                                            Chair Covers/Specialty Linens
Robinson Ranch will provide chair covers in white or ivory for a rental fee. We can also provide customize fabric linens for
                      your tables. Please contact your catering manager for additional information.

                                               Club Availability/Minimums
                         All dates and locations are subject to availability and management approval.
                        We will be happy to secure a venue for your event with a room rental deposit.
                       Any event will be subject to a minimum charge excluding tax and service charge.
                              All prices are subject to change until a deposit has been received.

                                                      Room Set-up
    Robinson Ranch is happy to set up your event for you in advance. All tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and
  flatware will be set up in advance of your event for no extra charge. Robinson Ranch will provide 85” by 85” white or
   colored linens and white or colored napkins at no extra charge. Any floor-length linens will be an additional charge.
Please ask for more details. Robinson Ranch will also provide 10” circle mirrors to highlight your centerpiece, and votive
              candles in glass holders for each table. We do not allow open flame candles in the clubhouse.

                                                          Parking
Robinson Ranch has ample parking for your guests at no extra charge. Any valet service will be contracted by the client .

                                                      Wedding Cake
 Wedding clients may choose either a dessert per our Dinner Selections, or one of a selection of wedding cakes from a
 preferred vendor. One selection of wedding cake is included with the purchase of one of our elegant plated dinners or
                                      dinner buffets, in place of a dessert selection.
             A dessert selection or wedding cake may be added to our lunch selections at an additional cost.
          If you decide to bring in a cake from an outside vendor a $2.00 per person cake cutting fee will apply.

                                                    Wedding Rehearsal
A wedding rehearsal may also be scheduled prior to your event at no extra charge. Rehearsal times will not be made until
  one month prior to wedding. Robinson Ranch will also be happy to set up a rehearsal dinner for your guests. Please
                                  contact the catering office for more details and pricing.
 Robinson Ranch strongly recommends you have a ceremony coordinator. We have trained staff available to
 assist you with your rehearsal and day of ceremony at a nominal fee. Please contact the catering manager for
                                                          details.

                                                     Settings

                                              Wedding Ceremony Patio
  Robinson Ranch is pleased to host your wedding ceremony on our beautiful Ceremony Patio. The Patio features
rockwork floors and pillars, with wood-beam covering. A dramatic rockwork and wood gazebo enhances your ceremony,
 while the soothing sounds of our waterfall create the perfect atmosphere for your special moment. With breathtaking
    views of the Valley Course and the Angeles National Forest, you will feel that you are surrounded by nature.
                                        Our ceremony fee is $10.95 per person


                                                   Fireside Terrace
This is an ideal location for gatherings up to 60 guests. The Terrace features a stunning outdoor rockwork fireplace,
          and a veranda with a marble bar overlooking the Valley course, the Angeles Natio nal Forest, and
                                                  our dramatic waterfall.


                                          Robinson Ranch Banquet Rooms
The Robinson Ranch Banquet Room is perfect for events of up to 200 guests. Please ask for information on minimums
                  for our Banquet Room. Contact the Catering Office for rental fees if applicable.


                                                    Mountain Room
   The Mountain Room is ideal for events of up to 50 guests. With a private rockwork fireplace, and access to our
rockwork patio, it is a beautiful and intimate setting for your special event. The dramatic view of the mountains and the
                             Valley Course creates a perfect atmosphere for your guests.


                                                      Valley Room
  The Valley Room offers breathtaking views of the Valley Course, and Angeles National Forest, and our stunning
                 waterfall. It is a perfect location for your reception or dinner party of up to 50 guests.


                                                      Ranch Room
   The Ranch Room is perfect for smaller dinners, meetings, and conferences of up to 20 guests. With a beautiful
   rockwork fireplace, Internet capabilities, and a luxurious atmosphere, it is the ideal location for your most intimate
                                       gatherings, or most important conferences.
