					7 Basic Tips On How To Stay Awake, Stay Energetically
Have you always feels sleepy in the morning? Here it’s the basic tips on how to stay awake and
energetically in the morning that we already know but we forget to do it.

    1)   Sleep early




                       No day is so bad it can't be fixed with a sleep - Anonymous

Yes, sleep early. Why? Because your body needs rest, as your body will rejuvenate and replenish our
energy. Most of us will stay up late in the night for nothing. Unless you have an important work to
do, sleep early will bring good sleep which is vital if you want stay awake and energetically in the
morning. Imagine if you only get 3 hours sleep then you have to awake, you will start your day with
bad mood which can affect your production.

    2) Drink a glass of plain water

After hours of sleep, your body will be dehydrated. By drinking a glass of plain water right after you
wake up, you will be refreshed.

    3)   Take a walk




 If you are seeking creative ideas, go out walking. Angels whisper to a man when he goes for a walk

Go out there, and get some fresh air in the morning. Take a walk outside your house for 10 minutes
will clear your mind and make you healthy too.

    4) Take a bath

Hey! Do not get lazy! Take a bath! Get yourself cleaned up and refreshed! That does make you
different than a buffalo.

    5)   Do not skip your breakfast

Your body needs energy to move your day. Eat moderately. Do not fill up your stomach too full or
you will end up with a lazy and sleepy feeling.




    6) Do the house chores

Clean your bedroom, wash your last night dishes and sweep the floor. Not only you make your room
neat and tidy, you also make yourself a healthy self-discipline.

    7) Listen to your favourite playlist

My lecturer once said “The luckier bird is the bird that wakes up early in the morning”. Logically,
most of the birds wake up early in the morning except for the owl. If they wake up late, what would
happen? They will have nothing to eat! So do us. If we wake up early, we have plenty of time to do
our activity and yes, we will feel better and happier.
