Provides Application Management Services via the Global Business Services department (GBS AS).
       Role: IT specialist (from June/2004 through October/2010).
       Held leadership and development roles on several projects for the company, including: the IBM Club
web site, the Market Intelligence portal, the blueMIne search, Announcement Information Tool, and sites
related to university relations. Acted as an account manager, ensuring the achievement of growth goals within
the U.S. business areas and sector leadership in Brazil. Assisted the sales and solutions team with proposal
development and process tracking. Attended SAP R/3 ERP application development training sessions with
